Each module explores a different part of your body and its deeper significance. You will learn how your anatomy supports your function, your breath, your emotions, and your way of moving through the world.

Our live group calls take place every second Friday at noon (Pacific Time) from January through June 2026.

We’ll gather on: January 9, 23, February 6, 20, March 6, 20, April 10, 24, May 8, May 22, June 5, 19.

  • Explore the roots of movement and stability through your feet — your body’s foundation. Learn to restore strength, connection, and energy from the ground up so that balance and vitality ripple upward through your whole being.

  • Reconnect with your centre of power. This module explores the pelvis as the vault that holds both your physical strength and your creative, emotional expression.

  • Rediscover your true core, the deep intelligence that guides movement and instinct alike. Learn to sense your intuition through your body and rebuild trust in its quiet messages.

  • Expand your breath. This module invites awareness to the ribcage, the container for the lungs and heart, and teaches how mindful breathing can transform stress into spaciousness.

  • Free your wings. Learn how the shoulders reflect your capacity for courage, creativity, and connection. And how listening to your body can help you expand with ease.

  • Find lightness and alignment between thought and embodiment. This module explores the neck and head, where ego meets awareness, helping you dissolve tension and rediscover clarity.

  • As your awareness deepens, this module helps you tune into the quiet intelligence of your nervous system, the bridge between body and mind. You’ll learn how your physiology shapes emotion and energy, and how to cultivate calm, resilience, and safety from within.

  • Play is how the body learns and heals. In this joyful exploration, you’ll rediscover movement as curiosity — a way to rewire old patterns, awaken creativity, and reconnect with your innate sense of wonder.

  • Rest is where transformation takes root. This module invites stillness, recovery, and reflection, a chance to let your body integrate everything you’ve been learning so that strength and softness can coexist with ease.

  • Bring it all together. Explore tensegrity — the body’s natural balance between tension and support. Reflect on how each part of you contributes to your whole, wise self.
