This class is well-suited if you have some prior Pilates experience and feel comfortable getting up and down from the floor. You don’t need to have everything mastered—curiosity and willingness go a long way.

We sometimes use simple props to add variety and support. Helpful items include small hand weights, bands, a foam roller, blocks or cushions, and a bolster or folded towels. If you don’t have these, that’s completely fine. We always check in before we begin and offer options.

Classes are held live on Zoom, with replays available. You are welcome to attend once a week or pair this class with another offering to deepen your practice.

Come as you are. This is Pilates as something you return to, not something you finish.
