Learn More About Each Series:

Pilates as Practice

A mindful, moderately paced class blending classical Pilates with contemporary insight, to build strength.
Monday tends to be a wee bit spicy, and Wednesday is a great leaping place to find flow and precision together.

You’ll be guided to:

  • Strengthen your core in a supportive and sustainable way

  • Improve posture, balance, and body awareness

  • Connect breath, alignment, and movement with confidence

  • Explore familiar Pilates work with a fresh perspective

Best suited for:

  • Those with some prior Pilates experience

  • Anyone comfortable getting up and down from the floor

  • Movers who value awareness as much as strength

Live on Zoom with replays available.

Strength Training

Strength training with a Pilates edge. We work in timed sets of reps to build real, usable strength, with the attention to alignment, breath and control that Pilates brings to everything. Students will need hand weights and loop bands to use in class.

You'll be guided to:

  • Build strength progressively with weights that meet you where you are

  • Work with focus and control through timed sets

  • Coordinate breath, alignment, and effort

  • Feel more capable and resilient in your body

Best suited for:

  • Those who want to get stronger with clear structure

  • Anyone comfortable getting up and down from the floor

  • Movers ready to work with added resistance

  • What you'll need: hand weights and loop bands. A light, a medium and a heavier pair gives you room to grow. Many students start around 2 lbs and build to 10 lbs or more.

Live on Zoom with replays available.

Pilates for Strength and Ease

A slower-paced Pilates class designed to build strength, balance, and confident, comfortable movement. We use a lot of props here like hand weights, bands, rollers and bolsters to deepen and strengthen the experience.

You’ll be guided to:

  • Build strength in a sustainable and responsive way

  • Improve posture, balance, and everyday movement

  • Coordinate breath and movement with more ease

  • Move with confidence and adaptability

Best suited for:

  • Those who appreciate clear guidance and a supportive pace

  • Anyone comfortable getting up and down from the floor

  • Movers who want to stay strong, mobile, and capable without rushing

Live on Zoom with replays available.
